The cleaner came in everyday to change the sheets, change the towels and empty the ashtray (which many people across other floors said this wasn't the case for them). Saying this, there was a small air-con unit which barely worked, one double wardrobe between a family and not enough plug sockets to cater four people in one room. Overall the room was nice- huge balcony and nice bathroom. The room we had was on the 5th floor which we had heard were recently renovated. Breakfast was awful! Scrambled egg was just an oily omelette, sausages were inedible and no choice of beans or fried egg. Same options every night which was very limited. This was an issue for religious reasons so was unsure of what we could eat. Food wasn't restocked regularly and no labels as to what each dish was. My family and I (four in total) have been to Bulgaria on a number of occasions- we have stopped in bad hotels in the past but this one was by far the worst!
